Is anyone sad about summer coming to an end? August is my birthday month, and I’m a vivacious leo so I love everything summer has to offer. Well, everything except sunburn. Haha… one time is enough warning! Anyway, I’ve beep spotting some really cute trends or eye makeup that are a little more daring than others this year. Some of my faves have been things like neons, tons of glitter, and even natural smokey (which will always be a fave of mine). Here are some looks that I recreated showing you my favorite trends:

This is a look that I showcased on my Facebook page. I love using colors that remind me of mermaids and beach fun. I love being by the water, and this look just takes me there!

Everyone knows neons are really hot… not only their hue, but also with their standing with trends right now. Neon clothing was great for spring, but now everyone is sporting neon lids, lips, and even cheeks. What’s your favorite neon look?

In my opinion, I think that cateye liner is a timeless trend. You can do a cateye as big or as small as you want, but they all do the same thing: elongate and open up your eyes. They give your eyes a more feminine look and even add a little mystery. Pairing a cateye with a little glitter takes it from 0 to 60 in just a few seconds. This is a look I would wear for a girls night out, it’s super daring and fun to experiment with! Pair with some falsies and you’ll be turning heads left and right!

Glossy lids have been a trend for a while now, but they’ve been done more so on runways than on the streets. My favorite version of this trend is glossy neon, but in this pic I’ve just given you a standard, glossy bronze. Pair it with a bright red lip and a bronze blush and you’re ready for fall!
